JSD131 features excellent elasticity and high material purity characteristic of premium TPE materials. It fully complies with ICH, FDA, ISO, and EU regulatory requirements. It contains no phthalate plasticizers, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), bisphenol A, or other harmful substances. JSD131 serves as a core material technology underpinning the performance of JSD Cap.

No Particle Shedding During Needle Puncture

No Leakage During Needle Withdrawal
- After infusion is completed and the plastic spike is withdrawn from the cap seal, no residual drug solution will leak from the medical container.
- After medication is injected using a steel needle and the needle is withdrawn from the cap seal, the container remains leak-free, even under internal pressure of up to 20 kPa.
