JSD131 features excellent elasticity and high material purity characteristic of premium medical TPE materials. It fully complies with ICH, FDA, ISO, and EU regulatory requirements. It contains no phthalate plasticizers, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), bisphenol A, or other harmful substances. JSD131 serves as a core material technology underpinning the performance of JSD Cap.

No Particle Shedding During Needle Puncture
- When the silicone-free cap is punctured by a plastic spike or injection needle, it generates no particles or fragments that could contaminate or fall into the drug container.
- In addition, the cap prevents particles or fragments from adhering to the spike or needle during insertion and withdrawal.
No Leakage During Needle Withdrawal
- After infusion is completed and the plastic spike is withdrawn from the cap, the cap ensures zero leakage of residual drug solution from the medical container.
- Following medication injection with a steel needle, the cap maintains container integrity with no residual drug leakage, even under internal pressure of up to 20 kPa.
