Built to GMP standards, our smart factory operates in C+A grade cleanroom environments and incorporates automated weighing and mixing systems alongside co-injection molding lines for TPE and plastic products. The facility is further enhanced with robotic logistics, smart visual inspection, and automated packaging systems. This ecosystem allows us to reliably deliver billions of high-quality Euro Caps and TPE products every year.
The auxiliary area features a transparent visitor corridor, a dedicated logistics channel for finished products, and intelligent storage zones for raw materials and packaging. It also includes a centralized supply workshop with automated distribution and a production monitoring center, thus allowing precise material management and a streamlined workflow.
A clean, stable environment is maintained through stringent environmental controls that regulate temperature, humidity, and particulate levels. Key functions include personnel purification (changing and buffer zones), sanitary ware washing, accessory storage, centralized monitoring (via the central control room), inner packaging, mold pretreatment, and the main production zone. The area is equipped with advanced systems and equipment to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products.
